"I bought a Kenmore dishwasher which needed a new motor right after the warranty expired. I called Dean at Fasoldt Appliance and it was cheaper for him to repair it than Sears! In fact, it took him less time than he thought to fix it, so he even charged me less than he estimated (they give free estimates, by the way). He's so honest! The other technician is also very knowledgeable and helpful. A few weeks later, the keypad on the dishwasher wouldn't work, so I called Dean. The dishwasher became unplugged when the inept security system guy pulled on all the wires in my basement to find the security wires. Dean, came and diagnosed the problem and he didn't charge me to fix it -- he said he considered it under his warranty! When I have to repair or buy a new appliance, I am DEFINITELY going to Dean at FasoldtAppliance.com. He understands customer service and has the best warranty on parts (one year) and labor (60 days). It's so nice to know small quality businesses like this still exist! Who needs to deal with the bureacracy of the big box stores?"
